How To Cope When Your NFL Team Loses

I recently answered a question on Quora: What makes NFL fans get so depressed, angry, and sometimes volatile when their teams don’t make the playoffs or Super Bowl, and how do they get past those feelings? and the answer was published this week on Huffington Post.

As a New Orleans Saints fan, I know the ups and downs of being an NFL fan, and how to weather losses.  After all, my team isn’t playing in the Super Bowl this year. Sigh.
