  • Hi, could you help me out with my little issue?
Everytime I see my Regular MD or Psychiatrist, I forget or have any idea what to talk to them about. What kind of questions should be asked? What should we talk about?
Please…Is there any help you can give me?
Thank You for your time and effort.

  • I tried therapy before when I was younger, it didn’t turn out that well. One of my therapist told me that: I’m just gonna end up Bi**h. There were a few other therapist in my history that called me names and told me negative things.
-I stopped going to therapy once I reached 19. I have no trust in therapy situations.
-However…I feel that things might be different now that I’m an adult.I feel eager to start therapy and leave my past behind me!
    Thank You for your time!

  • I’m doing ECT now. I have been for like 3 months so far. It helps calm me, gets rid of voices (George). Makes me a happier person, and I get a lot more done around the house.
